There will be two options! Go for a short 2 mile walk on the Bear Paw Spur Trail. Discover how wildlife adapt to Minnesota winters. This would be great for families with smaller children. OR take a 4 mile trek starting at the entrance of the Blackbird Wildlife Drive ending at the Discovery Center. The North Country Trail Association will provide a shuttle to the starting point. Enjoy hot chocolate at the Discovery Center after your adventure on the snow. Both snowshoe excursions will meet at the Discovery Center. There will be snowshoes for children to borrow with a
limited number of adult sizes available.
